The study of the Russian language in this course begins from scratch. During the classes, learners develop basic skills and knowledge in phonetics, spelling, vocabulary, and grammar of the Russian language. Upon completing the one-year course, learners achieve A2 (basic level) proficiency in the Russian language for foreigners in accordance with the Russian state testing system (TRKI).
